Managing your team and plan
The desktop app runs interviews. The admin panel handles everything else — invites, shared templates, billing. Open it from Settings → Organisation inside the app.
Plans at a glance
- Starter
- Free. Limited monthly sessions. Great for trying Sorinai before you commit.
- Personal
- Paid individual plan. Unlimited sessions, red-flag detection, follow-up emails.
- Business

Opening the admin panel
In the desktop app, go to Settings → Organisation and click Open admin panel. It opens in your browser, signed in automatically. You’ll find pages for:
- —Dashboard — session count and activity chart.
- —Team — invite, remove, or promote teammates.
- —Templates — shared templates.
- —Job descriptions — shared JDs.
- —Billing — plan, seats, invoices.
- —Settings — organisation name and deletion.
Inviting a teammate
- 1.Open the admin panel, go to Team, and click Invite members.
- 2.Paste their email and choose a role — Admin or Member.
- 3.Click send. They get an invite email. Until they accept, their status shows as pending.
- 4.Once they accept, they install Sorinai and sign in with the invited email. The seat attaches to your plan automatically.
Admin vs Member
- Admin
- Everything a Member can do, plus invite and remove teammates, upload shared templates and JDs, and manage billing.
- Member
- Runs interviews in the desktop app. Sees shared templates and JDs. Doesn’t see the admin panel.
You can promote or demote teammates on the Team page in the admin panel any time.
Sharing templates and JDs
Upload from the admin panel to share a template or JD with everyone on your team — it shows up in everyone’s session launcher. Upload from the desktop app and it’s yours alone.
Edits to a shared template only affect future sessions. Past sessions keep the version they were captured with.
Changing or cancelling your plan
All plan changes — switching between monthly and annual, updating your card, cancelling, grabbing past invoices — happen on the Billing page of the admin panel. Click Manage subscription and you’ll land on our payment provider’s hosted portal with your account already loaded.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You’ll see a reminder banner during the run-out, and sessions keep working right up to the end date.
Deleting your organisation
Before you can delete, you’ll need to:
- —Remove every other teammate, so you’re the only member left.
- —Make sure your plan is either cancelled or is about to be cancelled as part of deletion.
Once that’s done, delete from Settings → Delete organisation in the admin panel.
