Managing your team and plan

4 min readUpdated Apr 21, 2026

The desktop app runs your meetings. On the Business plan, the admin panel handles the team — invites, shared templates, seats. Open it from Settings → Organisation inside the app.

Two places, two jobs
The desktop app is where you run meetings and manage your own settings. The admin panel — on the Business plan — is where admins manage the team: invites, shared templates, seats. Open it from Settings → Organisation in the app.

Plans at a glance

Every plan includes unlimited meetings and the AI copilot on every call. The differences come down to a few caps. For current prices, see Pricing.

Starter
Free. Everything you need to try Sorinai: unlimited meetings of any length, the copilot, and Chat across your meetings. Capped at 10 document downloads a month, 30 days of history, and the standard AI model.
Personal
Paid, per person. Everything in Starter with the caps lifted — unlimited downloads, the latest AI models, full history, and hiding the notepad during screen shares.
Business
Paid, per seat, for teams. Everything in Personal, plus a web admin panel for running your team: shared templates, centralised billing, and seats.
Enterprise
Custom and sales-led: SSO, a data-processing agreement, data-residency options, and volume pricing. Talk to us.

Opening the admin panel

On the Business plan, admins open it from Settings → Organisation → Open admin panel in the desktop app. It opens in your browser, signed in automatically. From there you can:

  • Invite teammates and set who’s an admin.
  • Share templates across the whole team.
  • Manage your seats, billing, and organisation details.
Admins only
Only teammates with the Admin role see the admin panel. Members don’t — they just use the desktop app.

Inviting a teammate

  1. In the admin panel, open Team and click Invite members.
  2. Enter their email and choose a role — Admin or Member.
  3. Send. They get an invite email; until they accept, their status shows pending.
  4. When they accept and sign in with the invited email, a seat is added to your plan automatically.

Admin vs Member

Admin
Everything a Member can do, plus the admin panel: invite and remove teammates, change roles, share templates with the team, and manage billing and seats.
Member
Runs meetings in the desktop app and uses the shared templates. Doesn’t see the admin panel.

Change a teammate’s role any time on the Team page. There’s one guardrail: you can’t demote the last admin — promote someone else first.

Sharing templates with your team

Share a template from the admin panel and it shows up for everyone on the team. Add one from your own Templates tab in the desktop app instead and it stays yours alone.

Editing a shared template only affects future meetings; past meetings keep the version they were made with.

Changing or cancelling your plan

Plan changes — switching between monthly and annual, updating your card, cancelling, or grabbing past invoices — go through Manage subscription, which opens our payment provider’s secure hosted portal with your account already loaded.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Sorinai keeps working right up to that date, and you’ll see a reminder while it runs out.

Deleting your organisation

Can't be undone
Deleting your organisation removes every teammate, every shared template, cancels the plan, and wipes the account. There’s no restore.

Before you can delete, you’ll need to:

  • Remove every other teammate, so you’re the only member left.
  • Have your plan cancelled, or let deletion cancel it for you.

Then delete from Settings → Delete organisation in the admin panel.
