Sorinai for sales

Your discovery notes fill themselves.

Bring the Word or PDF your team already uses. Every field answers itself as the prospect talks, and the same file comes back filled, formatting intact.

Nobody wants a Notetaker in the room on a first call.

A bot joins your Zoom, Meet or Teams call perfectly well. It also puts a participant called Notetaker in a prospect’s screen on the first call you’ve ever had with them, and a bot changes the room.

Sorinai listens on your side of the call instead, so the prospect sees the meeting they would have had anyway.

A dialler, a browser tab, a phone on speaker beside the keyboard — Sorinai takes notes on all of them.

  • Google Meet

The questions you didn’t get to, while you can still ask them.

Budget owner, paper process, competing priority — whatever your stage gate actually asks for. Each one is filled the moment the conversation reaches it, and your template stays exactly as particular as your process is.

The questions this call hasn’t covered sit in plain sight while the prospect is still on the line.

One button gives you the words when you want them — the answer to a question hanging in the air, or the objection you just took, written the way you’d say it. There is more it can do while the call is still happening.

The document your team actually sends.

Most tools fill in their own framework and hand you a tidy version of it. Sorinai fills in yours: the deal review your manager reads, the handover note account management needs.

Your headings, your format, nothing retyped.

The template is done when you hang up. A few minutes later the filled Word or PDF follows, in the app and in your inbox.

That’s the fifteen minutes after every call, back. Across a week of discovery it adds up to most of a day, and the only place that time ever came from was pipeline.

The Sorinai notepad on the Template tab, showing a progress card reading “Filling out your Word doc” while the first fields are already answered.

Every seat owes a different document.

Account executives

Discovery and commercials notes

Two calls, two documents: the discovery that decides whether there’s a deal, and the commercials call nobody writes up properly because it’s all half-numbers and procurement steps. Sorinai fills in both while you talk.

SDRs and BDRs

Qualification that survives the handover

The qualification only counts if it survives the handover. Your own template comes back filled in the same shape every time, so an AE picking it up gets what was actually said instead of four bullet points and a calendar invite.

Account management

Renewals and QBRs

Quarterly reviews and renewal calls, where the notes are the account record. Usage, outcomes, expansion and risk come back in your own review format.

What happens to what the customer told you.

Nothing joins the call
Sorinai listens to your computer’s audio and makes no video recording. The prospect’s meeting is untouched, and nothing reaches them afterwards.
Their numbers stay in your account
What a customer tells you about budget, incumbents and internal politics stays tied to your account, and goes nowhere you don’t send it.
Your manager sees that you had the call
On a team plan an admin sees meeting counts, titles and who the call was with — never the notes, never the transcript.
Nothing is shared until you make a link
A call stays private until you create a share link. Links expire after 30 days and can be revoked, and the transcript is never included — you can send the answers without the quotes they came from.
Never used to train AI models
Neither we nor the AI providers the conversation passes through train on it — their API terms rule it out. A customer’s commercials don’t become anyone’s training data.
Delete means delete
Delete a call and its notes, transcript and filled documents go with it — removed, not hidden behind a flag.

The full detail is in our privacy policy and data processing addendum.

Frequently asked questions

No. Sorinai is a desktop app, not a meeting participant. It takes its notes from your computer’s audio, so nothing extra appears in the prospect’s meeting and nothing is sent to them afterwards.

Yes — any call your computer carries: a dialler, a video call, a call in a browser tab, or a phone on speaker next to the machine. Outside a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams meeting there’s no participant list to read, so the transcript isn’t labelled by name.

No. You copy the filled template and paste it into the note on the record — the headings and answers come with it.

Yes. Upload the Word or PDF you send today; Sorinai fills its fields during the call and hands it back with the formatting untouched. Or start from one of the templates on this page — BANT, MEDDPICC, or plain sales call notes.

One tap drafts it after the call — subject line, recap, agreed next steps, ready for you to read and send. Sorinai never sends it for you; the only email it sends on its own goes to you, with the filled document attached.
