A meeting is any single call you capture with Sorinai — Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, or a phone call on WhatsApp / FaceTime / Slack / Discord. Length doesn't matter; each one counts once.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
